Terms and Conditions of Sale
Version 1.0 – last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a personalised book from Clevaroo. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
1. About us
Clevaroo is a service of POM3 Consulting AB, org. nr 559080-7862, VAT no. SE559080786201, Ekbacksvägen 28, Bromma, Sweden. Contact: clevaroo@pom3group.com. Prices, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown on the site and at checkout; those shown when you order form part of your contract.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older and buying as a consumer. By ordering, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission to create the book, and that you are responsible for everything you enter and upload (section 9).
3. Our products
- Digital book (PDF): a personalised story, colouring and activity book you download and print at home.
- Printed book: the same book, printed by us and sent to you by an independent shipping carrier.
What each product includes is described on its product page.
Each book is created for your order using artificial intelligence, based on the details you enter. Every book is unique, so illustrations and text will differ from the examples on the site. Please check the details your book will be based on before you pay.
Our lesson themes, including topics such as loss, body safety and separation, are designed to support conversations with your child. They are not a substitute for professional advice or support.
4. Ordering and contract
The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email after payment. We start creating your book as soon as you have paid, so the details cannot be changed after payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if the content entered breaks section 9 or if there is an obvious pricing error; in that case we refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices, VAT and shipping costs are shown on the site and at checkout before you pay. The price shown when you place your order applies. You pay through Stripe when you order.
Customs and import charges: for deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import VAT, duties or handling fees. Unless they are collected at checkout, the recipient pays them. If the recipient refuses to pay and the parcel is returned or destroyed, the book and shipping are not refunded.
6. Delivery
- PDF: we email you a download link shortly after payment. The link works for 12 months. Download and save your copy; we are not responsible for copies lost after download.
- Printed book: we print your book and hand it to an independent carrier. Delivery times on the site are estimates. Carriers, customs and postal services are outside our control.
Your address. You are responsible for giving a correct, complete delivery address and for collecting the parcel. If a parcel is returned or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected, a reprint and new shipment are charged at the current price.
When a book is delivered. A printed book is delivered when it is handed to the recipient, left at a pickup point they chose, or placed in their mailbox, as shown by the carrier’s tracking. Risk passes to you at that point.
Missing, lost or damaged parcels. If a book has not arrived within 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, tell us at clevaroo@pom3group.com. Where tracking shows the book was delivered, we will look into it with the carrier and ask you to check with neighbours and your local post office. Where there is no tracking, or the carrier cannot locate the parcel, we will send a new book or refund you.
Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, strikes, extreme weather or other events outside our reasonable control. If the book has still not arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, you may cancel and receive a refund.
7. Your right of withdrawal (cancellation)
Every Clevaroo book is made for your order, so you cannot cancel or return it because you changed your mind.
- Printed books are made to your specifications and clearly personalised, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c); Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) ch. 2 § 11; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 28). Once the shipment has been booked with the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled or changed, including the delivery address.
- PDF books are digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, you agree that delivery starts straight away and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). The PDF can only be ordered with this consent. After the download is available, a PDF cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it is faulty.
This does not affect your rights if the book is faulty (section 8).
8. If something is wrong
A book is faulty if it is our error: a missing or corrupt file, missing pages, a printing fault, or text or names that differ from what you entered.
How to report a fault. Email clevaroo@pom3group.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, screenshots or photos. Report it as soon as you notice it; for EU consumers, a report within two months of discovering the fault is always in time.
What we do. We will correct the file, send a new one, or reprint the book free of charge. If that is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. Your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the consumer law of your country apply.
What is not a fault:
- errors in names, ages or other details you entered, including spelling;
- the name or nickname you chose, the drawing you uploaded, or the themes, lesson and language you selected;
- artistic variation in AI-generated text and pictures, such as style, proportions or details differing between pages, unless the book is unusable or clearly different from what was described.
Please check everything carefully before paying.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for everything you enter and upload. By ordering, you confirm that:
- the details are correct and spelled as you want them in the book;
- you have the right to use every name you enter, including siblings' or friends' first names. If you prefer, use a nickname instead of a real name;
- you or your child made any drawing you upload, any toy photo you upload shows only the toy, with no people, faces, addresses or other personal details, and nothing you upload infringes anyone’s rights, including well-known characters or brands;
- if you send a book to someone else, you have the right to give us their name, address and phone number for delivery;
- you have not entered surnames, addresses, photos of children, health information or other unnecessary personal details, or anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or offensive;
- you will read the book before giving it to your child, especially books on sensitive topics, and decide whether it suits your child.
We may refuse to create a book that breaks this section. If we refuse before delivery, we refund you.
10. Rights in the book and your content
- Your uploads: you keep all rights in drawings and text you provide. You give us a limited licence to use them only to create, print and deliver your book.
- Your book: you may use, print and share the finished book for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing copies for family and friends. You may not resell it or use it commercially.
- Clevaroo: the Clevaroo name, mascot, site design, templates and lesson materials belong to POM3 Consulting AB.
11. Liability
We are responsible for delivering a book that matches your order and for the remedies in section 8. Beyond that, as far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for loss caused by information or content you provided, or by how the book is used;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by carriers, customs or other events outside our reasonable control;
- our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These limits do not apply if we acted intentionally or with gross negligence, to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited under the consumer law that applies to you.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including your child's details.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at clevaroo@pom3group.com; we aim to respond within 5 working days. If we cannot agree, consumers resident in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se. We will follow ARN's recommendations. Consumers in other EU countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
